​How long will it take to receive my package?

Order Processing Time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks, Often due to high volume of orders, the processing time may extend to 2-3 weeks. If this applies to your order, we will inform you accordingly.

After the processing period, your order will be handed over to our trusted shipping partners. The delivery time will depend on your chosen shipping method: standard shipping takes 4-5 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days."

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped. This tracking number will allow you to monitor your package's progress and estimated delivery date.

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States, Canada, Australia, United Arab Emirates, and the UK.

Lost/Damaged package

Here at Rosa Beauty Cosmetics, we are not responsible for any lost package. To avoid this problem, please be sure to enter your correct address at checkout.​ In the event of a damaged package, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please send us a photo of the damage as evidence, and we will promptly report the issue to the shipping carrier and start the claim process. We appreciate your understanding and will work quickly to resolve the matter.

                   INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Orders are shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is received. Once shipped, you can expect your package to arrive within:

• Canada: 5-10 business days

• United Kingdom: 7-14 business days

• Australia: 8-14 business days

• UAE (Dubai and other cities): 7-12 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your local customs office and shipping carrier delays.

Customs, Duties, Taxes:

International customers are responsible for any custom fees, import duties, taxes, or other charges applied by your country when your package arrives. These fees are not included in a product or shipping price and are charged separately by your local customs agency we do not have control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
